Dreaming has stumped philosophers, psychologists, and sleep medicine experts for decades. Why do we dream? What do our dreams mean? And can you train yourself to remember your dreams? Do you remember the dream you had last night?
Others of us tend not to remember our dreams at all. You might be wondering: Does whether or not you can recall imaginative stories from the night before say something about the quality of your sleep?
